How to use this: Low scores are invitations to reflection, repentance, practice, and community—not labels to weaponize against yourself or someone else. The assessment is intentionally rooted in biblical categories, but it is not a clinically validated psychological instrument. Because it is self-report, honesty matters more than scoring “well.”
